MENTER
The funds for this project are awarded to Minority Ethnic Network Easter Region (MENTER) which acts as the Accountable Body for Voice4Change England. V4CE will coordinate the work of the delivery partners and MENTER will ensure that reports are submitted to the Big Lottery Fund as needed and that funds are spent on agreed activities and to agreed limits.

Voice4Change England
Voice4Change England (V4CE) is the national body dedicated to strengthening the BME Third Sector as a positive force for change and aims to provide a co-ordinated policy voice for BME groups and organisations. V4CE will be responsible for coordinating the work under this project and will undertake a significant proportion of the delivery under the programme.

Black Training & Enterprise Group
Black Training and Enterprise Group (BTEG) provides capacity building to frontline BME VCS service providers and has a strong track record on providing policy advice and advocacy for the BME Third Sector. BTEG is a founder member of, and employing body for V4CE staff. They will continue to act as the Employing Body for V4CE and this will include the employment of all staff under this programme until such time as when V4CE becomes a separate legal entity.
