Are you interested in taking over a building in your area for community development or social enterprise purposes? Come to a FREE workshop on Thursday 4 December at 2.30pm
Find out about how the process works and what financial support is available at a FREE workshop on 4 December 2014 at2.30pm. Leading experts in the field, including Locality and Ubele, will provide practical advices followed by Q & A session. By the end of the workshop you will have latest information on the resources necessary to achieve an asset transfer and what financial support is available.
We will then host a special discussion on ‘Child sexual exploitation in Rotherham and the VCS sector response’ with expert panellist including Zlakha Ahmed from Apna Haq and Vivienne Hayes from Women Resource Centre, followed by free snacks and refreshments.
We will resume at 6.30pm to 8.30pm for the Annual General Meeting which will end with a special keynote speaker (TBC) discussing the controversial ‘human zoo’ Exhibit B.
