Supporting BME Social Enterprise

BME social enterprise have a key role to play in tackling social exclusion, building social cohesion, creating community wealth, filling gaps in public service provision and reaching groups of people that others do not. However, BME social enterprises are not accessing many of the developments in the wider social enterprise sector.
In this position paper Voice4Change England highlights some of the barriers and sets out goals and recommended next steps for policymakers, the BME and wider social enterprise sector to make sure BME social enterprises receive the support they need and get the recognition they deserve.
